Our stay was great and we all had a great time in Rhode Island. Continental breakfast was not included with our stay which I’ve never witnessed before so we went out to eat instead. The room was fabulous and fit all our needs. I would recommend the Hyatt to friends and family.

Heat did not work, no bath towels were provided. When I notified the staff, they basically said there was nothing they could do about the heat and to come downstairs to collect the bath towels. They were completely useless, from check-in to check-out.

The accommodations were as good as most upscale hotels - clean, comfortable, etc. but the staff was super. We'll choose the Hyatt again because manager Paul went out of his way on several occasions to be helpful and welcoming. Hope he gets this feedback.
