The property should be listed as a truck stop hotel. We booked 3 nights only stayed one night. Front desk area was grimy and dirty. Entire hotel smelled like dirty trucker lounge. Room was filthy, outdated and linens and towels were stained. Sofas were old, torn and filthy. Disgrace for a Best western branded hotel!

I was super impressed with how friendly the staff was. Chef Antoine in particular was amazing with his preparation of breakfast, as well as his friendly and professional demeanor. The rooms were perfect for our needs, though the fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy. Would love to come back and stay again.

I did not like the fact that there was no elevator available, I travel with my elderly parents and our luggage's were big and I had to bring them all up the stairs.... Secondly, check in clerk lacked customer service and good hospitality!

Room size amazing

First impression was not good. Clerk was not very engaging. When told the men’s bathroom was clogged he commented he had meant to put an out of order on the door. Four hours later men’s bathroom in the lobby was still clogged with no sign. Room size was awesome, clean and comfortable. Heater repeatedly went on and off all night. Would return.

Our stay was very comfortable and welcoming in this hotel. The free breakfast was filling, and the service from Antoine was friendly and a great way to start the day.
