I’d Certainly Stay Again

Convenient access to the freeway with multiple eating establishments nearby. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and one of the better morning breakfast.

The lobby looked run down, furniture worn and hallway carpets were very dirty. The elevator and the room itself had a horrible smell I couldn't identify, not sure if it was the cleaner they use of what, but it was NOT good. I expected more from a COMFORT hotel. I will not stay there again....LaQuinta is Never in this described condition, and they will get my business from now on.

Rude desk clerk

We had traveled from 3 hours away to bring a sick horse to the veterinarian. We booked the room on our way at 9pm because we knew it would be a long night and because we knew that the booking software wouldn’t let us book for that night if it was after midnight. The desk clerk mad a snide comment when we were checking in about how we were “cutting it close”. I asked what that means and she told me that if we had been 20 minutes later, we couldn’t check in after 3 am. I had no idea about some policy not letting people use a reservation after 3 am, nor does it matter if we are checking in prior to some arbitrary cut off time. I fail to see why she felt it necessary to make any remark to someone checking in very late at night as we were obviously exhausted and would not have chosen to be that late if we could help it. Also, I slipped in the shower because there are no anti slip patches in a VERY slippery tub.

nice stay

service was amazing. housekeeping was okay cleanbut things over looked there was a ballcap left on top of the cloths closet and the conditioner was empty. breakfast was good the attendants were very helpful if something ran out taken care of quickly
