Check in process was very positive. Front desk clerk Brody was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was very nice. Our only complaint was the refrigerator. It was smaller than the typical mini fridge; actually dorm size and useless. It was set on the minimum temperature when we entered our room. We switched it to maximum setting and, as advised by Brody, we opened the door of the cabinet in which fridge is stored. It never cooled enough to serve its purpose. While checking out, I inquired about a discount for the inconvenience but was told that since I booked through a third party all they could offer would be Hilton Points. We are not Hilton Club members, however, so that wouldn’t be beneficial. When I made the reservation, I thought I read that a complimentary hot breakfast was available, but that was not the case. If we make plans to stay in Lehi again, we’ll make a reservation elsewhere.

Comfortable beds. Love having a walk in shower instead if bath/tub combo. Would have liked a free breakfast option. Or at least free coffee in the lobby. There was Keurig in the rooms, but I prefer brewed coffee in a coffee maker.

Great Property

This is a great property and we have a pleasant stay every time. This property is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. The property is located within a plethora of restaurants and shopping and easy access to the freeway.
