Would've been good if the management was better. They lied right to my face when i tried to make a change to my reservation and tried to blame Expedia. After I showed them the email approval from Expedia, he still wouldn't be flexible to let me check out early for Father's Day weekend and cost me an extra $600

Best breakfast ever!! Easy access by the freeway, but you don’t hear the freeway. Everyone was very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. I’d stay here again.

Our recent stay of 4 days was excellent. The hotel was spotless. The pool and hot tub area was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. 3 of the 4 days, the manager came to the breakfast room, introduced himself and asked about our stays. The most impressive thing to us though was the well thought out room we stayed in for people needing special accommodations. The bathroom door had a sliding door, the shower was wheelchair accessible and had a shower seat. There were 2 sets of towel racks, one at the normal height, one lower so that it was reachable. The microwave was easily reachable. The door had 2 peepholes. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

It really was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had, and I’m picky! This location is unassuming at first glance but my busy tournament weekend was far less stressful due to the ease and comfort of my stay here. The front desk folks were kind and helpful, the general manager was professional and caring, and everything was cleaned daily during our 4 night stay. The location is SUPERB! Words cannot express the awe-inspiring mountains in this area! All the shopping and dining needed or desired was all within walking distance or a few minutes drive from here. I so wished I had time to check out Thanksgiving Point and the largest man-made waterfalls in the U.S. just down the street. 100/100 would stay here again and highly recommend!

We stayed one night after a long ten hour drive to get some rest before our second trek back home. We finally got to sleep at ten pm, only to be awakened by a leak dripping from the ceiling next to our bed. The leak continued till approximately 4:30 am. We advised the asst manager of our dis-satisfaction with the room upon our checkout. The only concern she relayed to us was that we should of notified them so they could move us to another room. We explained we were too exhausted to get dressed and move our luggage waiting for domeone to move us. Then she proceeded to tell me that the leak had stopped. As if I cared about the hotels status. When pressing her about our horrible night she didnt seem to care, making no offer for a restay or refund for the experience. Not to mention I could not understand her as her accent was so heavy we struggled over every other word to make out what she was saying. These people have no idea how to handle customers or provide adequate apologies. Zero hospitality
