I had a unique experience. Had not for this experience, I would have given a higher rating. Sadly, after a very exhausting day, needing to rise early again, and having my 88-year old mother in hand, my key card did not work for my room. Two additional trips to the front desk still resulted in nothing. Even after the front desk person came to the room, she was unable to open the door and we had to wait for a locksmith to arrive. Overall, it was about a 2-hour wait. At no time did the (what I am going to assume was the night manager) did or said anything to us, which I though was very rude. Aren't hotels supposed to be about customer service and hospitality? I was not impressed with her. Even when I saw her the following night and asked a question, she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. I did not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag. The rest of the stay was good. Although the rooms were starting to show some wear, they were clean and the breakfast had a nice variety. Our stay was 5 nights.

I loved this place. It was clean, loved the pool area, and fire pit. The workout room was fantastic and breakfast was delicious. All staff was friendly. I only have one complaint. The beds were not very comfortable. I could just be a picky sleeper.
