Walked to our first room and the door was not closed or locked. So I went back down to tell the worker he said please dont stay there and switched us to another room. That room has horrible black mold all over the bathroom ceiling.

The worst part of our stay here was the staff, especially the front desk. They were extremely rude from check in to check out. We stayed for several days and not one person was professional. It was more important to be on their cell phones than help the guests. The room was filthy and seemed like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There were dead bugs by the window, and stains on the shower curtain. The floor in the room was so dirty that our white socks turned black underneath. One of the trash cans had not been emptied from the previous visitors. There was no hand soap, Kleenex, or toilet paper in the room. They did give us a toilet paper roll when we asked, but we had to buy hand soap and Kleenex. Overall, there is nothing positive to say about this place. We will not be returning to this location.

Good location. Close to the freeway and shops. The room was very roomy, they have everything you need. The breakfast was just basic stuff my husband went the first day and he said oatmeal was horrible the eggs was box eggs no taste!so we did not eat there. The lobby was hot when we walked in to check in and the elevator as well very stuffy. I can’t tolerate the heat so it did not feel good for me. Overall it was a good stay

This hotel is a disappointment. The hotel is run down, not updated, dirty, has a moldy smell, cracks in the bathtub, and no amount of febreeze made it look, feel, or seem clean. The air conditioning did not seem to be working very well. The sink faucet handle came right off when you turned it to hot. The pictures did not seem accurate as the hotel is a major disappointment. I am reconsidering ever using Expedia again given this experience.

We stayed there 4 days and 3 nights Breakfast was horrible. They just rewarm up the leftovers every day. The juices were so watered down it was ridiculous. I think we’ll look for another place next time.

it was great! wifi was slow but not a big deal. Huge shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk the day we checked out. we thought we lost our cat and were freaking out and he helped us look outside and was super kind and nice when we ended up finding her still in the room

It was okay, the TV wouldn’t work but the people at the hotel were great to help get it fixed. The shower was dirty so was not appeasing to take a shower there. Beds were comfortable.
