The inconvenience of not having access to water for showering, etc. Saturday into the wee hours of the night. We were in Pryor for a wedding and returned to the hotel Saturday afternoon to get ready for the wedding and found out the water was off for a scheduled repair. When i inquired at the front desk regarding the lack of water a small poster taped to the top of the desk was pointed at and I was told it had been there for two days. Really? when is it the guests responsibility to check the front desk for announcements? We use side entrances closer to our room to enter and exit, not the main lobby. This was scheduled outage not an emergency. Why weren't we made aware of this when we checked in? This small consideration would have allowed us to adopt to the situation. Instead we were unable to shower and clean up before dressing for our Granddaughter's wedding. My wife was very upset! There was also an issue twice with our door card and the exterior door we were using, Twice we had to walk around to the lobby in the rain to get in. Both times the staff told us they had addressed the issue. It continued to be unfunctional. Probably our last stay at Hotel Pryor.

Clean, nice room. Efficient, friendly check-in. Tasty breakfast. Convenient location for an overnight stay on a long roadtrip. This was my third time here. No disappointment. Flawless experience.

Upon arrival the lobby/check-in area smelt like a urine. Then we proceeded to our room and it was even worse. The room had a very musty smell and discovered it was the A/C unit. I asked if we could move to another room and all she could say was sorry, we are full. Two nights we endured the smell, no A/C and TV stopped working the 2nd night. Noticed air sanitizer misters in breakfast area, I guess to mask the urine smell. Will not stay at Hotel Pryor in the future.

The property is pretty nice but you can tell it needs some maintenance. My room smelled weird but everything was relatively clean. Not a bad place to stay in Pryor.
