We tried to check in at 7:00PM. We were told by the person at the front desk that the room wasn’t ready yet because all the employees didn’t show up that day. Because we booked a non refundable room, we waited for 45 minutes while another front desk employee cleaned a room for us. Once in our room at 8:00PM, we had only a couple of towels and no soap. The shower was filthy and moldy looking. We asked for hand soap and was told they would bring it if they could find some. They never came back with any soap or towels. The carpet in the room was also dirty and not vacuumed. I do want to say that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I’m very sorry to say that we will be very reluctant to book again with Hampton Inn in the future. We couldn’t leave fast enough in the morning. Also no coffee was available in the 3 large coffee dispensers at 6:15 AM.

If you're considering staying at this hotel, think again. Our stay from June 8 to June 13 was a complete disaster. We booked a handicap-accessible room due to one guest's prosthetic leg and wheelchair use but were given a non-accessible room on the 3rd floor. The staff provided a shower chair, but the overhead bathroom light didn't work, and on June 9, the elevator was out of order, forcing us to navigate stairs—an unacceptable risk for someone with mobility issues. Things worsened when we found a water leak in the main hallway, with no staff present to address it. After a short outing, we returned to find a sign stating this hotel was temporarily closed, with a phone number that went unanswered. We entered through a side door, but the elevator was still broken. A staff member offered to move us to a 1st-floor room, but hours later, the elevator remained out of service, and we had to rely on her friend for help moving our luggage. The new room lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator and never received housekeeping during our six-day stay. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted by a fire alarm and a man shouting in the hallway, prompting us to call the police for safety. This hotel was clearly understaffed, with one overwhelmed employee managing everything, often working over 72 hours straight. Overall, this hotel failed to provide basic hospitality and safety. Your comfort deserves better—choose another hotel.

Where do I start! Wrong room given to us so had to get a roll away that was like sleeping on a chain link fence, bathroom had not been cleaned, hallways and elevator were dirty, no soap, no Kleenex, phone was broken in the room, thermostat only went down. 2 beetles in our beds, weeds everywhere around property, someone (possibly staff) smoking pot with a friend in the lobby. Needless to say we did NOT stay the second night and were afraid to eat the breakfast due to the poor condition of the overall property as far as cleanliness. They did refund the second night we didn't stay and the beds were comfortable but we didn't sleep well because we heard from locals that the homeless encampment near the property was allowed to come in through unlocked doors and sleep in the yet to be cleaned rooms! WORST hotel experience ever! The front desk guys were nice but obviously lacked the professionalism I have learned to expect from Hampton Inn and were completely understaffed. The owner obviously doesn't care at all about this property!

There was no staff on site, the rooms were filthy, to get towels there was no staff. Had to get TP as well only 1/2 roll when arrived. No breakfast as promised, it was a ghost town and no staffing at all. Then the 2nd day, the ceiling caved in with leaking pipes by the front desk, and the elevators stopped working. Only one ice machine worked. Breakfast was avaliable on the 2nd day and the oatmeal was undercooked and pasty. This was the worst hotel experience ever!!!! Run for the hills, do not stay here.

Hotel is ran down, went to the room had no towels no door handle on the bathroom. Called the hotel service for extra towels. No one came to the room, went down to customer service never got the towels they gave me a roll away bed that I took up to the room. Breakfast was no breakfast. Asked about the pool then hot tub. One of our excited things to do while in Colorado get in the hot tub. Well nope no hot tub also looked like the pool needed to be cleaned up. Looks like the hotel needs to be shut down. Noticed on main exit doors there was no spring on them. We should get part of our money for this. It was just awful to say the least. Even another lady there said she was going to say something about the place.

The place was obviously understaffed. At 3:00 check in we had to call a number on the desk to get someone to check us in. There were no towels, soap or drinking glasses in the room. A broken down office chair was pushed in a corner. At breakfast, there were no coffee cups the coffee was only luke warm, and had to be drunk with the plastic water cups we received the night prior. There were no forks and had to eat eggs with a spoon. Definitely, not what I expect from a Hampton Inn.

The staff was fabulous, but the property is in need of a lot of repairs and upkeep. We arrived and fist thing off, they were installing a new key card system and our keys would not open our doors, the rooms didn’t have towels they were being laundered as we slept, the TV remotes didn’t work, internet was not working , lights were out in the rooms, one of our rooms didn’t have any sheets on the bed and not working lights in the room. What a mess. The poor staff were doing all they could do to keep things up, but they do not have enough help, poor ownership and maintenance to this property. We have always stayed there in the past and it has always been great, but because of poor ownership and management this property isn’t worth the stay. They need to either clean it up or close it. The staff need help and guidance to get this property up to a livable property. What a shame to see it in this condition.

I already did this with Hilton, but this was the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. There were problems from the time I walked in the door. There was marijuana come in from the side. I got inside and figured it wasn’t gas. It was your help behind the desk I could go on and on, but I’m tired of writing this I’ve sent to and I’ve had Hilton credit my account with some points, but that doesn’t cut it. I want my money back. There was no coffee for breakfast. There was no eggs for breakfast. The waffle machine does not work for breakfast. I came back from my truck to tell the front desk all the problems and the front door was locked. You could get in the front one, but the second door is locked so I called let the phone ring 15 -20 times for the front desk and nobody answered. My room wasn’t made up when they checked me into 202 then they wouldn’t bring me a key to 232. They said they were going to but they didn’t. It was horrible. When I asked for more coffee, I had to go to the front desk ding the bell. The lady came out of the back. I think I woke her up. She said it would take 5 to 10 minutes to get some more coffee out there …really people want to get on the road. Coffee should be made at all times there was nothing else to drink there no juice no water no anything the milk was out. I was gonna have some cereal, but it was out. It was horrible. The whole stay was horrible.

First room the bed was full of hair, no towls and dirty washcloths in the shower and left over trash in shower. The hotel clerk let us have another room which also did not have towls, toothpaste in the sink and the toilet over flowed as soon as it flushed. We left and stayed at holiday inn and was told 3 other families that day also came from the Hampton for the same issues and they get several of their guests from them a month. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel didn't have clean furniture and was everything was clearly dated. The included breakfast wasn't refilled and guests coming to have breakfast at 8am had nothing to eat or drink. Our beds were horrible. There weren't any fresh towels available, swim towels were offered instead. WIFI wasn't working. Water in all rooms ran out for about an hour. A couple started banging on our door at 3am as they were told by the receptionist to go to a room which was already booked. Staff had no interest to work there and were occupied with their own issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there, especially when you have a family with kids.

Upon check in there was one person working at the front desk and she was also doing laundry, vacuuming. When we got in our room there were no towels so went back to desk and she had to get them out of the dryer. She was very nice and apologized because they did not have enough help. Sheets did not fit the bed and were dingy. The shower was missing the shampoo pump bottle and was told they were out so no shampoo at all. The bar soap was a joke it was so smalll. This was a handicapped accessible room and there were 2 hand held shower devices and they both came on. Couldn't regulate to just get one to work. The shower was too big so water ended up going all over the floor wilhich was an accident waiting to happen. I have been disabled for years now so have learned to watch out oor I could have ended up on the slippery floor. Both mornings there was no breakfast because the staff said there was no food to prepare because the management quit buying food and supplies for the hotel. Felt bad for the employees because of the situation. Some even said they were looking for other employment because they heard the owner was going to sell. Employees were nice but dressed very unprofessional in hoodies and jeans. I traveled for 30 years with my job and stayed at many Hampton Inns so was so shocked at this hotel.

Black mold

The shower was unusable. There was black mold on the floor tiles and on the inside and outside of the basin. The chairs in the room were stained and unappealing to sit in. there were various shades of paint on the walls, just hit and miss splotches. This hotel is in serious need of repair and upgrades. It does not meet typical Hampton Inn standards.
