The BEST FOR YOUR BUCK

The staff here is awesome. First hotel I’ve been to in a long time that the housekeepers weren’t slamming doors in the morning. It’s clean very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants

Our stay was great 😊 Wonderful customer service. All the staff was super friendly & helpful. Very clean. By 10:00 p.m. hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay again. It is an older hotel, but has been updated. The pool is small & quiet it is an indoor pool.

Breakfast, disappointed to say the least.

Everything about the stay was great, except for one thing, the breakfast. What a disappointment. There was sausage, eggs, no biscuits, and most disappointing? No gravy. Sausage was raw in the middle, and brown on the outside. Cooked on a very hot surface, for a very short period? The milk ran out very fast, because she would only refill the container 1/3 of the way. Saw it refilled myself, 3 times. There was a waffle maker, red velvet waffles were great. Refilled waffle batter twice, only filled to 1/4 in container. Several people always waiting for refills on everything, even the eggs ran out a couple times. This was 2 days in a row. Operated the same skimpy breakgast. Truely not alot of choices compared to other places, but is bragged about. There are more food choices at other cheaper places that have a buffet style breakfast. Disappointed, and won't stay again.

The person working evenings and nights (yes, a double shift) is the only reason staff and services is a two. Rates are misleading (no we’re on reservations does it state that a service dog is a $100 a night). If I had known, I could have booked a more expensive hotel for the same price. As this has less amenities that matter..ie drapes or shades on the ground floor that cover the sheers. This hotel values its looks (which are average) more than its guests.
