I had a fabulous stay here. The property is gorgeous. The bougainvillea everywhere is very lush and vibrant, and the views are stunning. The staff are friendly and highly responsive. The breakfast buffet is delicious. I’d go back in a heartbeat. The only caveat is that getting into town requires a car trip, and the dinner restaurant doesn’t serve Mexican food, which is what I wanted. Once I got used to the trip I didn’t mind much — I could always get a taxi or uber quickly and the cost is minimal. And without being on top of the hill, they wouldn’t have those views!

The resort feels very quiet, this is partially due to the time of year we visited. The staff is awesome and not pushy on selling time shares, activities etc. Room was huge with a hot tub on our balcony. Pools were super nice, only suggestion would be for the pool staff to come around a little more, they would sell more drinks if they did, several times we had to go looking for someone to get us one, but this may have been a staffing issue, because they took a while to arrive also, but this was not a deal breaker. The views are amazing, and we even walked down to town a couple times but no way we were walking back up. When you visit you will understand. The ubers and taxis are all very convienent, never waited more than 10 min worst case for a ride, cost was about 6-10 $usd.

This is our second stay at this property. As always, the staff was lovely and accommodating. We really enjoyed the scenic views, the relaxing pools, and clean rooms. However, the menu options were much more limited than our previous stay and they were out of a lot of things most nights. The food quality has definitely deteriorated since the last time we came here which is a bummer because the good food was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The elevators were also a little bit slow. We did appreciate how wonderful the cocktails were, how helpful the lady at the excursion desk was, and how kind all the staff was. We feel safe and taken care of.

This hotel has been our go to for finishing up trips to PV the past 5 years. Ending our visits with a few days enjoying gorgeous views and quiet atmosphere is a relaxing way to prepare for the journey home. The staff are fantastic and some even remember us from prior trips which is sweet.

Excellent service from bell men, easy to grab a taxi or get an Uber into town. View is amazing! Pools were great and quiet. Room is large with wonder views from the balcony. Not really a place to party. It’s super quiet. You have to put transportation into your budget for all the taxis. They only have 1 shuttle going down at 11 and coming back up at 6:30 and you must sign up for them beforehand. It’s a long way up so walking is not really an option. This was the only draw back for us. It was very beautiful. They have a coffee and smoothie bar and a wonderful delicious included breakfast!

Beautiful spotless room and its accessories/artwork. Amazing views of the ocean, shoreline, and mountains from the room balcony. The hotel is on a mountain and probably the property with the best views in entire PV. The staff is courteous, polite and helpful and willing to help out with any questions. Wonderful pools and seating area on the roof and on the lower floors. Overall a great experience.

Lovely property! The roof top pool is beautiful! Staff was very friendly! We really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing vibes! Views from the spa are amazing - our two massages were the BEST! A bit disappointed in our room. We booked the master suite which had a fantastic view of the bay and city lights! Balcony was large and private. However an abandoned building completely blocked the bedroom view. The window looked out directly to a concrete wall! Since the master suite rooms are supposedly their best rooms, they should advise that not all of the Master Suite rooms have full views!
