After countless stays at this hotel, THIS stay was a disaster for one, simple reason: the heater did not work. I complained; on-site front desk looked at it and explained it is supposed to send out cold air on each side of the unit while warm air comes out of the middle. Well, if that's true, it's a piss-poor design. We were freezing most of the night having to huddle under the comforter, the only saving grace. About 3 AM the room became habitable. So, again, very unusual experience for this BW Plus. We hate to say goodbye to an old friend but we're not going to chance staying here in winter. Warmer months might not be an issue.

We arrived around 9:30pm to Check in. There was already someone in line and the attendant was on the phone working on a reservation. She was the only one there and by the time she got off the phone 3 more groups had arrived and were waiting to check in. The attendant was very polite and apologized about the delay but we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in. Overall the hotel was clean, breakfast was better than most hotels. Our only complaint was that they should have someone they can call to help check people in when hold ups like this happen.
