Got locked out of room, staff took long time to figure out. was moved to a different room with sink that was leaking, spraying water all over. Espresso machine for breakfast broken for a while. lack of management, supervision to keep property up to date. Food in bar area at night was terrible

No points earned from Marriott

Was not able to get Marriott points since booked thru Expedia. Nor would they clean the room automatically, had to special request it. Seems like they don’t like taking reservations from Expedia and they don’t offer the same perks of a Marriott loyalty membership

Didn’t realize the property charged for parking, until I received the bill (front desk just asked if I wanted a parking pass to “avoid a ticket”). Guests in/around pool talking loudly well past 11pm, keeping me awake (on 4th floor).
