I was in Pullman after 40 years and hotel McCoy hospitality stole my heart. They are a boutique property with very best modern conversions of the interiors and the showers. Excellent service particularly the site manager Wendy. Highly recommended.

The staff was great but the rooms were not. Rooms were tiny and nothing special. Shower was a tiny box. The air conditioner was super noisy and right next to the bed due to the size of the room.

They had an oatmeal breakfast bar. They should have cut the toppings in half and offered the $5 breakfast sandwich for free. They offered a free drink token one per person but there wasn’t but 3 choices of drinks. Unless you wanted to pay extra.

This is a small hotel/motel. The area is busy but was quiet on the Sunday evening of my stay. The room was modern, very clean, bed was excellent. The bath room was also similarly nice. The front desk was friendly. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was very good. The included breakfast is just some oatmeal and pop tarts. There are several fine restaurants within short walk for both dinner and breakfast.
