Amazing stay. Good food. Expensive parking

We appreciated how modern the facilities were. The room was quite small but it was adequate for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy. A Dyson hairdryer made an excellent impression. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine in the room and the filtered water that was available in the corridor outside our room. The hotel is very conveniently located for transport options (including to and from the airport) and walking distance to Darling Harbour and the new Sydney Fish Market (which is definitely worth a visit!). Highly recommended and we will stay here again.

The room was clean but there was no water bottles or any amenities in the bathroom besides the soap and shampoo and conditioner! When checking in, the staff did not acknowledge that we were there for anniversary celebration! And we were not offered anything. It felt a little disappointing…

Loved the size of our room (213). Loved the vibe.

Room wasn’t clean and when we asked for the bedding to be changed due to stains they just remade the bed with the same stained sheets. Room size was way too small for a queen room and the wash basin was a part of the room with the toilet and bathroom taking the rest of the space in an already tight small room space.
