The front desk at check in, on a really really busy weekend, was so great and so helpful, they assisted me with getting my other family members in a room next to us, so helpful. Property was clean and rooms were great. I wish they would add a little coffee place, that would have made it perfect.

We lived the Kellers Express dining option. Unfortunately, we went on a weekend when they had a baseball tournament of some type. There were hindreds of kids running around and it was loud allbweekend. The property is clean and the location is perfect.

My wife and I were disappointed. Somehow I booked a smoking room. Staff said they would clean it so there would be no smell. Waited the hour they said it would take. No difference. Not sure if they even did it. Saturday night the bathroom sink only has hot water coming from both faucets. Sunday morning the shower drain didn’t work well and stood in 2 inches of water while showering. The whole place seemed dirty. Hotel stated they had a bar. The bar was a few seats and a wall of tv’s in the middle of the casino. We won’t be staying there again and will not recommend.

Ok stay

The hotel staff were overwhelmed by a busy weekend, and I had to call multiple times to reach the front desk. Frustratingly, the wifi was not working for our room and the staff told me that no tech support people were available during the weekend. Otherwise the room was clean and had all the advertised amenities.
