Complaint

The hotel did not provide hot shower. the water was barely warm. I told the associate and they said they were going to fix the problem the next day, but the second day we couldn't take a hot shower either. The breakfast was poor and the cafeteria was cold since it was closed form the main entrance. My parents are 75 year-old and it was a very uncomfortable stay for them . I would appreciate at least have a partial refund of both rooms mine and my parents.

Very conveniently located for skiing in the area. Good combination of proximity to Blue Mountain and good food options in Bethlehem. Aqui Es and Goosemen are must go's.
