Nice, but no breakfast.

Room was very nice. It was also clean. A/c is a little noisy, but worked well. Only thing out of order was the ice machine on our floor, but we could still get ice on another floor. My only complaint is that the breakfast buffet does not exist. There is juice, coffee, and muffins.

No breakfast just tiny muffin and coffee. Property is poorly managed and maintenance not kept up. Roof had con webs, dust packed in vent, mildew on the walls packed in shower head, windows filthy so couldn't enjoy our balcony view, and the lost goes on and on. Could have gotten a nicer place for less money so not recommend.

This is our go to for our trips to the mountains. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We used the washer and dryer this time around and it was also a good experience (don’t forget your quarters and Landry detergent!). There had been an ice machine leak on the carpet outside the laundry area, and the drying fan was blowing away and that was the only issue.

Very convenient spot to stay in Cherokee. I took my own coffee pot from home. Brought my own snacks. They will give you extra trash bags and towels if you ask for them. Water took a little time heating up but it got there eventually. Very quite. Elevator was broken.

The trip was great! The only downfall was the elevator ended up breaking down and something with the motor where the fire alarm went off, but there was no fire. Otherwise, it was a great day.

Hotel overall was clean and smelled nice. Beds comfy. Staff friendly. However no coffee maker in room. Only muffins and coffee for breakfast. Dining area closed. Pool and Hot tub covered and not accessible (mid 70s to 80s weather). Will call first if we stay here again to see if the amenities are truly available.
