Staff greeted me with a smile. They are always courteous, professional and helpful. I never feel like I am interrupting their day. Rooms are always clean and spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I also love that they are convenient to I-25 and I-10. My favorite place to stay.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The room is attractive but lacks amenities, such a refrigerator, microwave. The toilet is too low. The night manager was unhelpful with the heater the first night and said it was working. It was not. Maintenance told us the next day that they hadn't "switched the heat" yet and they brought us a space heater. That gentleman was wonderful. The second night it took the same night manager two calls to get security up to ask the people in the room next to us to be quiet at 1:30 a.m. The security office handle that wonderfully. So, the stay was a mixed bag. We will stick with the Ramada in the future.
