UNC-Duke weekend

The property is very nice enough if a bit spartan and generally is in a good location. However, it is across the street from a student bar and on Saturday from 12:30 to 2:00 am the music and patrons were SO LOUD that it woke all of us (we had three different rooms) and kept us awake for that hour and a half in the middle of the night. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers and should not subject its patrons to this interruption.

Great Chapel Hill spot!

The hotel is great and very convenient to everything (don’t need a car). It is next door to a great local bar that can get loud at night, but that’s part of the fun! Highly recommended!!!! Tons of restaurants around, Target a block away, for last minute items! Can’t beat it!!

Heavy pot-smokers working there- I and my teenage group of girls smelled it in hallways and the elevatory EVERY time we went in and out of the hotel phones in the room not working- room 407
