Online pictures were very deceiving. The hotel lobby and room were not as clean or as big as pictured. We had a clog and leaking bathroom sink. Breakfast was mediocre.

The Heating system was impressive because I am the person who is really exhausted by the sound of heating system while I am sleeping, fortunately, this property's heating system was quiet and I was not bothered at all during my 3 night stays.

I checked in here and was given a room number, which was located on the other side of the building to find out the key didnt work. I called the front desk and waited a few minutes and they eventually came. They moved me to an adjacent room and then had to come with a new key. Later that night, my key for the new room didnt work so i had to call again to get a new key. Lastly, the iron had something burned on it and i had no ironing board so i really couldnt iron my clothes.

Hotel need better maintenance

The hotel room with jetted tub was OK but the first room the toilet kept running off and on. And when the maintenance came to the room he didn't speak English so I didn't understand him and he didn't understand me .I also noticed he came without a tool box. How are you going to fix with no tools

I’ve been to other Best Westerns and this one by far needs an upgrade. Very outdated room. There a slant that runs in the middle of the hotel and our room had a little ramp in the room it seemed. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, woke up sore. Towels and bed had a red stain dots. Not sure if it was blood or juice. Toilet you had to hold the handle down for about 10-15 seconds for it to flush. Also room had a weird pee smell. Staff was friendly though. Though I won’t go back again.
