STAY FAR AWAY. The health Dept should shut them down. There was an open needle on the floor that i almost got stuck with going to pick it up (the ONLY person running hotel was the counter girl who said yeah I've been stuck before like this is a regular situation and it's ok no issue with that) and a dirty napkin on the floor. in the first room then noticed the aluminum foil wrapped around the detector after we complained. We needed to go eat so i mentioned no one in room to clean she said that wouldn't happen she is the ONLY person there. She will be calling her manager who doesn't like to pick up at night to deal with these issues. But she said they had no other room for us. We get back and she said she has a room for us. Did someone suddenly vacate the room at 1 am? We take it because if that was on the floor in the first room are we sure the beds were cleaned etc. So we go to that one open the door and instantly notice the two complimentary water bottles on counter one was significantly less and the cap was turned and someone drank out of it. The light on the bed side was broken but they left the part that goes into the whole to turn it on, on the ledge of the lamp like I'm gonna construct something to make this work. The shower if you wanted pressure you had to take a cold shower if you wanted warm water you had the water dribble on you. It was the worst event ever. NEVER AGAIN AND so much more happened that i don't have enough characters to write it all.

Not what we were told.

I booked these hotel rooms with a clear message that they had to be on the same floor and near each other. My husband and I were traveling with my 98yr old father. We arrived late as arranged and they said the rooms are first come first serve and they didn’t have what I requested. After trying to find another hotel for 15 min the front desk said they do have two doubles but no kings. It was late. My dad was tired. We got into the NON SMOKING ROOMS and they stunk like ashtrays. At that point my Dad was just exhausted so we stayed. What I want to know is why can I pick a room a a the. Not get it?? Why is it marked no smoking and have it smell? Not to mention the queen bed for me and my husband was not a standard queen.

This extended stay in New Jersey had construction on either side, so there was a lot of construction noise and I think most of the clients are people coming in for work to New Jersey or in and out of there we were there as a pitstop on the way to some somewhere else. It is a very basic room there’s no pool this no gym or any inside facilities.. but the office staff and everyone is absolutely wonderful and they try to go out of their way to make you stay nice. They’re very friendly and you couldn’t ask for nicer people.

There was a smoke smell coming from the vents. The shower rod was loose at both ends, no shampoo and the room did not smell good at all. The kitchen floor was also dirty.

The overall experience was far less than I was expecting. Not one glass in the room, nothing to use in a kitchenette… despite cabinets and drawers, and a fridge and microwave, there was no way to actually use them. You have to buy any glass, knife, fork, or spoon, or any dishes, from the motel!!! And if you do buy them, when you leave, most likely you cannot pack them aboard a departing flight as in my case. The front lobby was dirty and crummy, with outside debris blown in through the always open front door. I’ll never, ever stay at an “Extended Stat America” hotel ever again. A rather crummy experience!!!

DO NOT WASTEYOUR MONEY TO GO HERE 3RD FL HORROR!!!

The staff was kind, Professional & Amazing, I left on Saturday noonish returned late Evening all the used towels were on the floor and bed unmake, I called no answer, went to the front desk I was informed they clean every 2 weeks, when I asked for towels I was given a trash bag to FIRST bring down from the 3rd floor before a fresh set was given, on Check out day I had to leave around 6am the elevator was not working walked to front desk who informed me it broke at 3am, so I had to walk up 3 flight of stair and back down.with help Heavy luggage, BED NOT COMFORTABLE, PILLOWS SMALL & UNCOMFORTABLE ALSO, ALL ROOMS SMELLED LIKE HOMELESS PEOPLE STAYED, SHOWER PEALING, NO SHOWER WAS GIVEN JUST 1 SHAMPOO, SMALL SOAP BAR, THERE'S A SINK NO SPONGE, OR DISH DETERGENT,

The service desk people where nice but the rooms stunk, had to ask for plates, silverware and other items that would normally be in the room had I booked it in a different location. Even though the location is safe, the other people renting were a bit questionable. I guess you get what you pay for.

Good Stay

Everything was great with the exception of the marijuana smell and cigarettes. It was supposed to be non/smoking. We didn't complain because we were really only there to sleep and shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
