Poor and limited breakfast. Waterpark closed due to non-existant weather and staff was quite rude about it. My phone said it was a good time to take a walk, but the waterpark staff said there was a storm and lightning and kept park closed. I had to pay extra for waterpark passes that we couldn't use. Rooms are small and dark. On the plus side, the waterpark is a nice facility and we like the 12:00 p.m. check-out time, but this place is very costly and we expected much more for $700.00 for two nights.

They closed the indoor waterpark because of lightning (!) and did not give us a price reduction. Motorcyclists took up too many spots in the parking lot and the hotel did nothing. The front desk person was sullen and unhelpful. But, the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Fun but they oversold double queen rooms

They oversold on double queen beds, so they switched me to a king with a pull out bed. The pull out bed was a twin size and in terrible condition. We had four of us, and it wasn’t going to work. The staff gave us an extra room which was nice but it was me and my 3 kids. So two of my kids were in a separate room. The water park closed early for lightning in the area but we never saw any lightning. It was fun but wished I could have had the room I paid for.

Great hotel overall. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the water park that is included very much too! The bathroom was clean and we had everything we needed for a great stay!!
