Good, but the condition of microwave was not good, and no glass plate in there. they must not have checked it when room cleaned. Have dishwasher, pots and pans, but no silverware or dishes? Heater out on the pool, would have been more enjoyable.

Almost everything was fine. Friendly check-in.

Noted that the light fixture or light bulb above the stove was defective. It demonstrated a strobe effect and was therefore unusable. Otherwise there was no other significant issue.

Room lacked bath towels and a coffee maker (even though there were coffee packages). Breakfast options limited. The waffle machine was monopolized by a swarm of kids, so a settled for a bagel.

We had to change hotels cus the other one we were at was not clean, things broken etc.. we were checking in with you and a lady came in and told the employee to call the police as there was someone yelling and a drunk. The employee handle it very well. Thanks for a great experience for our Anniversary!

Great place to stay as a family. We were warmly greeted at check in and asked if there we had needs or questions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were also told of a heater issue in the pool in arrival and asked if that would be a problem. We did use the pool, and though it was chilly, it was fine. Breakfast was plentiful, typical of most continental breakfasts. We would highly recommend staying here as it is a great location and very family-friendly!

I loved the location, very easy off/on to I-90. Nice outdoor seating area with a grill and fireplace. The room was nice and spacious, my only complaint was the shower. The pressure was too hard and the shower head sprayed water in all different directions. Maybe it was just my room with a bad shower head. Blackout curtains would have been nice as my room was facing partially east so I had sunlight beaming in at 5am but the bed was very comfortable. Walls are thin, I could hear the conversation in the next room. Breakfast was pretty good. My first morning I woke up to staff knocking on my door at 7:45am, which was slightly annoying. Overall not a bad stay. Just maybe wait until at least 8:30/9am to knock on doors ;)
