Very Disappointing Stay The hotel was extremely dirty overall. The hot tub jets weren’t working, and when we mentioned it, staff said they were aware but clearly weren’t in any hurry to fix the issue. The ceiling in the pool area was literally falling down—definitely not safe. To top it off, the included breakfast was cold and unappetizing. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

No attention to details.

Got to the hotel and the check in desk tells us the jacuzzi jets don’t work- the reviews have been posting this for weeks. ( no upkeep) the tv remote didn’t work ( they brought us a new one) the trash cans had no liners and the bathroom sink had no hot water. Breakfast was very nice and all the staff were very friendly.
