Overall great stay

The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Great breakfast. We stayed during a busy weekend, the TV did not work due to problems with buffering and some movies didnt have any volume. I assume due to the amount of people that their connection could not keep up. Since I dont watch TV, it didn't bother me, but it bothered the kids

It was very difficult getting a hot shower. Hot water was very limited, especially during morning hours. In addition the shower controls were eratic. The safe in the room did not work and the toom had limited services.there was no coffee machine or bottle water. It did have a refrigerator. We had 2 beds in the room, in order to cool one end of the room we had to freeze the other end. Beakfast was basic. Lastly, the toilet sounded like jet plane when flushed.

The jets were broken in the hot tubs but even worse the water temp in the shower would not stay hot. I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, they said there was a leak and it was being worked on.

Okay but not worth the cost

Our family stay was okay. The facility was clean, the staff was kind and the pool was nice. However the door to the parking lot did not lock which was a safety concern. The hot breakfast items were a little off putting as well.

The people shine here. Staff are genuinely friendly! The photos online are much nicer than the facility is in person, but the price is fair and it is almost easy to overlook given the pluses. The shower sucks. The pressure is below average and to adjust the handle to get hot water is exhaustive. I didn’t really get a hot shower. There is a tub, however. The king bed was clean and very comfortable with lots of pillows. TV is a bit wonky to use but ok. The breakfast features a pancake machine AND two Belgian waffle makers (a first) along with the usual eggs, meats, bread-y stuff and oatmeal. It’s nicely done. (Kids would love all the waffle condiments!!) Parking is easy and free and the place feels safe.

Great service, clean room, bad breakfast

Overall it was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and quick and gracious to help clean up our potty-training snafu. The beds were comfortable, the pool was decent- on the colder side but still usable- and clean. My only gripe was the breakfast, the sausage links tasted like they were boiled in water and not good at all. However, we loved the location and how close to downtown it is and will gladly stay there again.

Well i set check in for 4:30 when check in is at 4, ended up not getting there till 5:30pm and was told my room wasnt ready, um what check in was 4pm. So i had to sit there and wait for them to figure it out. Wasnt offered anything for the inconvenience. Tbh probably wouldnt stay there again

For starters,we checked rating which was like 8.2.. read the first couple reviews which were great. I checked into room 233 and my son checked into 430. Immediately live bed bugs were in room 430 and we took pillow with bug down to front desk. Clerk took the pillowcase off and put my kids in 406. Pool had excessive amount of chlorine in it. Rooms were clean except behind doors and in corners. My bedsheets had brown marking on them and put on sloppy and inside out..just lazy on houskeeping..After reading more reviews, more about bed bugs on 2nd floor and 4th floor, i had geebie jeebies all night and actually I stayed in my car because I did not want to offend my son and his wife..I spoke to the kid at checkout the following morning and my children were not around. His comment was, " well this is South Dakota and we have bugs!" I definitely would not recommend this place to a friend! I have a vidoe if youd like to see it!

The hotel was very nice and clean!! Bed was comfy but the pillows….it would have been nice to have a variety of them. Six of the exact same, VERY THICK, pillows. Other than that, amazing stay!!
