The hotel sufficed

Solid hotel. Nice location for where I was going to be. The room was fine, and the free breakfast was good. But a big negative was the TV remote was confusing, and there was no list of channels. I’m a sports fan, and there was no ESPN or TNT. So, I couldn’t watch the NFL Draft or NBA playoffs. Booo!!!

Good place for a family to stay!

We had a good experience here as a family of 5. Nothing overly special but also nothing that would make me not stay again. Pool was clean and the room was clean. The tv we had was a newer model then most but had a terrible picture. The shower was by far the worst part very little pressure. However the pool shower worked better so it wasn't too big of a deal.

I will never use Expedia again, as they did not stand by their cancellation policy. Even though I contacted them by phone, and I still had 2 days to cancel, change my reservation, they would not adhere to their policy. I was charged a cancellation fee, and rebooked my stay.
