This property is very nice and we will be staying there again if we are in the area. The property is in a great location. Everything was very clean. The only thing that I have to say that I would change is I would put ceilings fans upstairs. It gets a little warm up there at night. Even though there is an ac unit in the master and fans in the other two bedrooms. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stay at this lovely home. We have rented VRBO properties for years and this is our favorite of all time. Up to date, clean and just feels like home. Everyone just loved it. There is plenty of space, walkable to downtown Rapid City and the perfect spot for day trips to tourist spots in the area. AND THE HOSTS ARE AMAZING PEOPLE WHO ARE VERY ATTENTIVE.

Amazing summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Rapid City. The house is beautiful and was very comfortable. Jami quickly responded to any questions and provided great suggestions for our stay. Additionally, the house is centrally located close to restaurants, shops, the City of Presidents monuments, and is only 30-45 minutes from Custer State Park, the Black Hills, and Badlands National Park. We highly recommend it!

We loved this house! The location was great for walking to downtown Rapid City! The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again! It was wonderful to have a large, updated kitchen to host Thanksgiving in with my grandfather, mother, husband and children.

The house was very clean and beautiful. I love the old house new remodel! The furnishing were very nice and the kitchen was well supplied. There is a lot of street noise for the bedrooms on that side of the house and we had some trouble with people parking where we were supposed to. All and all a very nice home and great location to memorial park.

Family Wedding in Rapid City

We were very happy with our stay. The property was in great condition and was just like the online photos. We were in town for a family wedding and some sightseeing and the location was very convenient to the church (a happy coincidence) and to restaurants, as well as the nearby tourist sites. We had a great time sitting outside in the sun one afternoon on the comfortable outdoor sofa. My sister will be returning to Rapid City to visit her daughter (the bride) and has already said this is where she wants to stay on those visits because the house was so nice.

Feels like home!

We rented this house as a place to relax after a full week of biking on the Mickelson Trail and hiking in the Black Hills. We wanted to kick back in a comfortable place close to the amenities Rapid City has to offer. It exceeded our expectations on every count. Clean, spacious, very beautifully decorated, great outdoor living room and great proximity to restaurants and shops. The owners are responsive and fun to meet. We absolutely loved this place !

Well maintained & beautifully decorated home.

This was one of the nicest vacation rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. The home was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owner provided ample paper products. The location was a great home base for our SD sightseeing. The only drawback is that it is on a busy road and the traffic can be a bit noisy. But we loved that we could walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. We loved the modern kitchen with the huge island and built-in coffee maker. The patio was also fantastic for relaxing with a book under the beautiful shade tree surrounded by a privacy fence.

Charming Home

Comfy & Convenient

There were 6 of us ranging in age from 16 to 82 and we had a great time, plenty of room to spread out. Only downside is if you are a light sleeper, it is on a major roadway and near train tracks. We easily traveled the Black Hills area, Deadwood, Custer, Rushmore, Hill City, Keystone and Badlands areas from this location.

Great house that was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, newly remodeled and located right next to downtown so we could walk to the restaurants and the Monument, where we attended a concert. Would recommend.
