When I arrived, they said they did not have my reservation even when I showed them my confirmation number. They said to wait in the lobby until they received my reservation. They also told me they were all booked up with no available rooms. What terrible business!

The front desk was good and breakfast was okay. Room service was very bad. I was there for 3 nights with no service. Had to ask for towels. Was not told about issue's till checkout.

Just at first glance, felt unsafe. But the room was clean and comfortable for the price. Bathroom was cleaner than higher priced rooms I’ve been in. Overall good stay.

Breakfast provided was splendid. Nice spread considering the price. The rooms were ok. We only stayed a night as part of our long road trip, so only needed to shower and sleep. Considering the price we got, this was the best one in the area.

It took forever to check in and then the system was down so we were given no key cards. They had to let us in our room and said they would bring us keys, and they never did. Which means my husband had to make three trips to the car and up the stairs with our luggage because I had to be in the room to let him in. ~there is no elevator There were hairs in the bed. Upon arrival, when you walk in the very nice “lobby” you’ll discover this is just an old drive up motel that they enclosed and built a lobby in front of, so all the rooms have an enormous window that looks out at the lobby or a hallway, so you just have to keep your curtains drawn. It’s so dark in the room and the decor is straight out of Boogie Nights, or something. Nothing like the pictures. We were totally creeped out and arrived too late to make other arrangements. We woke up at 6am and left immediately.

Property has a lot of potential. A few repairs could be done. Ceiling tiles water stained. Easy to replace. Several residents keys stopped working during mid stay. Kind of got irritating after awhile. The biggest thing was the rudeness of the staff. Not just one or one instance, but several throughout our stay. This would be an excellent property if they just start over with new staff.

The comfortable beds were the best part of the stay. We all had a great night of sleep on the pillow top mattresses. The front desk staff were jelpful amd quick with check in and check out. The room had some small things that could have been cleaner. There were stains on some of the funiture and ceiling tiles. The dining room counters and tables were sticky in places. The breakfast was average. It was warm and had the basics of a continental breakfast.

Room was reasonably clean but no shampoo or soap in room. Had to ask twice to get some. Stayed 4 nights and got no room service for whole stay. No new towels, no garbage pickup, nothing. Ran out of breakfast one morning at 7am. A/C barely worked and was loud. Good for one night stay. Wouldn’t recommend for more than that.

The ice machine was out of order and the free breakfast had barely any food. The hot dishes were empty. One waffle maker was broken. The yogurt machine was empty. The juice machine just had tinted water, no juice. I was not impressed.
