Polynesian looks old and not well cared for. Essentials for each room like soap, towels, shampoo and dish detergent were all missing.when asked about they would say that they do t have it avail because of supply issues.

Unfriendly front desk

Front desk representative Doug I think is awful but honestly all the front desk staff are the most unfriendly folks you will encounter. Toilets and showers barely work with zero suction or pressure. Bedding and all furniture is severely outdated, dirty, or broken.

It was actually a very pleasant stay . We enjoyed our trip and the arcade was a bonus. None of the other hotels and Ocean Shores have an arcade for kids with games pool tables pin ball etc . Lovely pool hot tub is very hot. I loved it.!! The man at the front desk was very nice smiled all the time and very approachable. I’ve been coming Ocean Shores for over 15 years and this is the first time that I’ve stayed here. I’ll be coming back. (Please invest in better garbage bags ) those thin see through ones are horrible .

Room was spacious and comfy. We also had a great ocean view! It's a bit of an older property, but we knew that going into it and it didn't disappoint, as it had everything we needed! Staff were great. The indoor pool and game room was a hit!

This is my first time staying here was very impressed with the staff.They were very friendly. I loved the pool, sauna, hot tub. It is an older property, but very clean and comfortable.Lots of hot water, good water pressure, comfortable bed, ample parking easy to find. Highly recommended would definitely stay there.again. it is also very quiet.Did not hear much noise from other units.
