I stayed for two nights and overall the hotel itself was nice, but I did experience several issues during my stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us incorrect directions to our room, which caused us to walk around for a while before finding it. I have health and leg problems, so that was especially difficult. I also had an unpleasant encounter with one of the cleaning staff members who was very rude to me and my friend, which felt unprofessional. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows had almost no support. The TV was also difficult to use and neither Netflix nor YouTube would load properly. Regarding late checkout, I was willing to pay for extra time, but when I called on the last morning I was only given until 12pm. I didn’t have a car and had a 5:30pm birthday reservation, so I was hoping for at least a 1–2pm checkout. Since we didn’t feel comfortable waiting in the lobby due to the staff interactions, we ended up waiting at a Dunkin’ instead.

The hotel housekeepers were pleasant and kind. The front desk staff members were all helpful with great attitudes. The stay at this hotel was extremely welcoming and all staff provided everything for me with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is dog friendly which is a tremendous benefit to anyone traveling with animals. Thank you so much!

DO NOT BOOK HERE especially if it’s only you. The place is super sketchy. I didn’t not feel safe. People screaming at night and the building is not even attached the the check in area. Breakfast? Denied. If you can I would recommend you spend extra and find the next hotel over.

We arrived very late in the evening and check in was super quick! Room was clean and breakfast are very clean as well. Not a lot of choices for breakfast, but for a free breakfast it was adequate!

The breakfast was excellent, I especially loved the waffle maker and fresh orange juice. The room was not as soundproof as I was would have liked, I could hear every car pulling in and out and people talking outside the room, but overall the room was very clean and comfortable.
