We would have given an excellent rating except for the toilet having a leak at the fill line and the hallways not being cleaned daily. Otherwise, the accommodations were very nice and the breakfast was well prepared.

The check in experience and customer service were excellent. Aujanea checked us in and was professional and friendly. The room was clean and had nice amenities.The air conditioner was very efficient. My only complaint was the black out curtains were too short and let in a lot of light.

Loved the pool but my husband cut his foot on the chipped concrete in the drain area. Vagrants about, outside the property. Several homeless in the area. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was awesome. They are under construction but very neat and clean.

The staff was super nice the room was clean could tell some parts of it were new & some old. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner even though it was working just wasn’t kicking on like it should so it would get a stuffy in the room at night! But I would stay here again!

Not an exhibitionist!

The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. It appears they have tried to fix up a number of rooms to use in the meantime. My worst problem was that the blackout shade on our west facing window was 18" too short. The outer drapes did not pull to close off the window. The sheer curtain does not prevent light from outside, or prevent anyone outside from looking in! I had to pile the extra pillows upright to have any privacy! Room 322.

The bathroom was dirty. Did not feel comfortable talking a shower. The beds were comfortable but the room had an interesting smell. The parking is somewhat limited. Good location. Around everything.

Check-in staff was awesome. She was so helpful and nice to me. Pool was nice. Pool towels was available. Breakfast area was stocked and clean. Enjoyed tv in breakfast area. Checked out early due to a personal issue with my guest. Check out clerk was understanding about the situation.
