Red River Real Estate is proud to offer you the Rose Rock Mountain View! As rare as the rose rock is in Oklahoma this property features as equally rare views of the town of Red River and surrounding mountains. Rose Rock Mountain View is a unique, two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome that is centrally located in town! This home is a three-story property with the first story serving as a flight of stairs going up to the main level. As you enter the main level you will see an open floor plan which consists of the kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find that it is well stocked with all baking and food prep necessities, the stackable washer/dryer and half bath are located on this level for the guest's easiest convenience. The living room has a large flat-screen TV to watch cable and a DVD Player. The wood-burning fireplace adds to the character and comfort as does the queen-sized sofa that may be folded down into a sleeper for additional sleeping. The balcony also adds to the character of this home which overlooks the ski area where you may sit out and watch talented skiers perform the €œTorch Light Parade€ during winter months and wildlife bust at the seams during the summer. Upstairs on the top level, you will find the master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, balcony, and private bathroom. Across the hall, you will find the guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed. Other amenities that Rose Rock Mountain View boasts are the Gas BBQ Grill, free WiFi, and Brand new hot tub inside the garage aka hot tub room!

Great family Christmas vacay!! We loved the location, right in the middle of town. Conference center and park across the street was light up for Christmas and we even got pics with Santa. Great for dog walks. We walked everywhere, even to another park right down the road. Had sledding for our 3 boys and our dog had a blast! After a day and a half of skiing, the hot tub was exactly what we needed lol. Kitchen had everything we needed and some. Beds were great, and no complains on sheets or towels. Only 2 downers for us were the hot water was only good for about 2 short showers. Then took a while to reheat, but we dealt. The downstairs washer and dryer didn't work, we used the tiny one upstairs and it took forever to wash and dry. We are easy going people and appreciated the charm of the house with the charm of the town. Couldn't have asked for a better Christmas with our family, our boys absolutely loved it!! Thanks for sharing your place

I would never stay here again! It’s straight out of the 70’s!My list of complaints1) it was dirty2) furniture smelled3) toilets to low4) thin sheets, paper towels and toilet paper5) pots and pans were rusted6) water cut off due to construction 7) view of cement blocks and dumpsters8) hole in walls 9) stains on carpet This need a TOTAL remodel before anyone stays there again. Due to this we left a week early!

Enchanted Circle Rally

The place was nice and very convenient. The only issue was the master bed is quite high and if you are short you have to claw your way up on it. There is no chair in the bedroom to sit on to put on your shoes. Even a stool in the corner would have been nice to have. The info about the place mentions that it is a 3 story condo - I did not pay any attention to that until I was wheezing my way up those stairs every day. Remember Red river starts at 8,688 altitude!!

Perfect for a Family Ski Vacation

This Rose Rock Mountain View condo was perfect for our family ski vacation in Red River. The location was great, it was clean and well-stocked with anything you might need (except for food, of course!), the beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were soft (unusual). An added bonus that was SO nice after a day of skiing was the new hot tub that was added in the garage area (enclosed). Would definitely recommend this condo and will, for sure, be back.

Great spot in the heart of town

Everywhere we wanted to visit was steps away including the park (home to Octoberfest when we were there!) restaurants, shopping, etc. Would happily book again.

Red River Hiking Trip

We were not overly happy with the condition of the property. One bed had sheets that were not clean. The code that was given to access the unit did not work. The office gave us a new code and all worked fine after that.

Great Location

We enjoyed the local of the condo. Not the stairs so much lol. Us flatlanders were needing oxygen. It was super nice. The bedrooms will accommodate two couples wonderfully. Great place to stay.
