We had a fantastic week at Sheila’s beautiful townhouse. The check in process was easy, the home looked exactly as in the pictures on VRBO, and everything was clean. The rental fee included linens, which was such a help. We always stay at Bayside- we love to go kayaking, crabbing/fishing from the docks, and like to spend a day or so at the beach. This house had a well stocked kitchen for nights when we cooked in, had beach chairs and towels, bikes, and a cabinet with all kinds of games. Sheila also has a home book that lists information about clubhouse access, nearest grocery stores, urgent care, etc. She included restaurant recommendations, fun things to do in the area, and even made suggestions to bring bug spray for certain activities. She truly wants to ensure your stay in her home is outstanding! We will definitely stay at her home next year!

Wonderful vacation stay

This is our second year & we will be booking today for next year. There isn’t anything that you want or need that this house doesn’t offer. We felt like this is our home away from home. And we used all the amenities offered (indoor/outdoor pool, game room, pickleball court). We cooked some meals there & the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is very clean & well taken care of. There are no negatives with this house.

Peaceful and relaxing

We loved our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and relaxing community! The property itself was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the fully-stocked kitchen (cooked all week!), and made use of the pool and fitness gym every day! Condo had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach! We loved strolling around the complex saying hello to all the friendly neighbors (and meeting their fur babies!). Parking was rarely an issue at the various close-by attractions (beach!), although we were there slightly after the summer crowd and kids were back in school. We will book again!

Beautiful place

The townhouse is situated in a beautiful community with a nice clubhouse that offers plenty of amenities and a pool. The home is very spacious with a lovely ambiance, and it was well-prepared for our arrival. Everything was clean and well-organized. The host paid close attention to every little detail, even providing bowls for our small dog. The rooms, bathrooms, and bed sheets were all spotless, and there were plenty of towels and beautiful china. We had a very nice time.

Our family had a wonderful stay! There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was very clean and modern. The king bed we had was very comfortable. Twin beds not as much. We loved the extra amenities with the access to the neighborhood clubhouse. Short drive to bethany beach but sometimes hard to find a parking spot. We will rent again.

Great property and host

Stayed here a week while waiting to move into our newly purchased home in VA. The host was so accommodating and helpful. I had my dog, 94 yr old mother and adult kids. The space is beautifully decorated and has everything one might need. One thing to be aware though - there are a LOT steps. Steps at the front, steep steps from the garage, steps to the bedrooms. So keep that in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The location of the property is perfect. Just a few minutes to Bethany boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. Grocery store 2 minutes away and lots of good restaurant options. Would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed in this property for Mother’s Day weekend. The property was well stocked and very clean. It is located in a beautiful, quiet community. Full access to a pool which my daughters loved. Also very dog friendly area. Even have poop bag stations around the premises. The owners were very responsive and allowed a late checkout on Sunday at no charge. The location is about a 5 minutes drive to downtown Bethany so great location if you don’t mind driving to the beach.

Family getaway

We enjoyed the accommodations which allowed all of us to have our own space and yet still come together to spend time together. Everything we needed was at the condo, including kitchen items, bath and beach towels and a wonderful rolling cart for the beach. It was a very quiet and convenient location. A short drive to restaurants and the beach.

Cute but needs a few things

Nice quiet neighborhood, but the place was not clean, dust and cobwebs, wet laundry was left in the washing machine. Beds were the worst, please update your mattresses, for the money, the beds should not be this bad. Also, the fridge water filter was expired for more than a year. Maybe clean the place up a bit and update the beds. One last comment, the outdoor light was burned out at the front door and my husband slipped and fell down the steps. This is a hazard.

The house in Bayside worked out great. We had all the things needed like home. The place was clean and very comfortable. A longer stay would have been better. We didn't get to the pool but the central location for stores and beaches worked out well. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Clean and comfortable

The townhouse itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The club house however, was inaccessible. We reached out by text, call, and through the Evolve account and our contacts went unanswered. We chose the facility for the clubhouse amenities as we were there in March and it was not yet beach weather. Our family was very disappointed in the lack of communication and the inability to use the advertised amenities.

Very Nice House

The check in process was unclear and we were unsure about what we were suppose to do. The email said to check in at the clubhouse, but since we arrived late there was no one there. We went straight to the house, which I assume was correct since we did not seem to have any issues. I did use the number given to call for assistance. I left a message and my call was never returned. It was a little unsettling since this was our first time booking a home in this way. Also, there was no clear instruction on what to do with the trash and so I ended up loading it in my car and bringing it home.
