overall the place seemed kind of run down. Carpet int he hallways was dirty etc. The room seemed adequately clean but very very small and cramped for 2 people. Also the hotel authorized $25 per night in incidentals even though there is no mini bar int he room. Breakfast was very disappointing. I wouldn't stay here again.

This place was great till as soon as I got to the room I started coughing really bad all night sometimes I have asthma at hotels but this was a different I could hardly stop coughing all night in the morning I dropped my card behind the fridge I moved the fridge to find out there was a bunch of mold underneath the fridge which explains my asthma attack I spoke to the front desk didn’t comp my room manager never reached out going to contact corporate and send them photos didn’t get to enjoy breakfast because if my room looked like that can’t trust what the kitchen looked like.

Property and room were very clean. Staff was friendly but we stayed 2 nights and asked for the room to be serviced after the 1st night and they refused to do it. We didn’t pay any less for the second night why couldn’t they make the bed and put new towels in?

Overall, the place wasn’t bad definitely a solid 3.5 stars. Lobby and gym were super clean. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was consistently with other Tru. The rooms are a bit well used and not super clean, but it wasn’t bad, nothing to really complain about. The surrounding area at night gets a little bit interesting and I would not say it’s that walkable but during the day everything‘s fine and there’s a Starbucks right next-door in a Walmart basically across the street

I was placed in a room on the first floor after indicating 4 hours before check in that I did not under any circumstances want to be on the first floor. No flexibility with early check in. Staff said they would contact me as soon as a room was available and they did not. Bed linen did not smell fresh. The indoor pool was small and the water was cold. There were no cushions on the patio sofa in the pool area.
