The chlorine smell in the pool area was terrible. My kids had to leave aa they started coughing and everyones eyes were burning. The air conditioner in our room sometimes sounded like it was ready to die, but it did work. Staff was very nice.

It was very clean, didn't trigger my anxiety at all. Very comfortable bed, relaxing shower head with multiple settings, and fun pool that I had a hard time dragging my 5 year old out of. Staff was very accommodating and we barely needed anything because our room already had it. The breakfast was hearty and full of options. We didn't want to leave when the time came, it was a great experience. Well done!

The pool was overly chlorinated that the kids couldn’t swim their eyes burnt so bad entering the room. Our air conditioner in the room didn’t work. We had it on the high setting and still the room never got cooled. We had to go ask for toilet paper and extra towels if we needed them.

Room was great, the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was okay. However, our sleep was the worst I've ever had, there was a bearing or something similar going out in the fan of the AC unit which kept us all from sleeping the entire night. Our stay was for that only, less than ten hours :(

Couldn't stay in the pool area for more than 10 minutes because my eyes were burning from the chlorine so bad. The outside door was even propped open.

Overall it was clean and a GREAT pool! The bed was amazing as well. They had a pretty strong clean smell. Could give some a headache. But it was very clean

Had a very restful evening taking advantage of the spa bath & bringing our supper to the room for dining. Larger room with separate, good sized bedroom to move around in - not cramped at all. We will definitely be back, thanks.
