Good location. The rooms needs updating and maintenance. Shower ceiling was defective, looks like a matter of time before it falls. Would suspect there was a leak of some sort.

The gentleman at check in had a terrible attitude and not helpful at all. Wanted to check in early to put all our stuff in room so we could wash the car. Said no way it’s way too early. Came back he was checking in other people so checked us in an hour early. Put us in a room by a broken elevator. Hadn’t stayed in that side before so j asked where it was. He waved his hand and said that way. Didn’t tell us the elevator was broken and he knew we had a cart load of stuff. Then at check out the gentleman had an attitude as well. Very disrespectful and rude. We like the hotel but because of the help we won’t go back

Stay was good for one night.There was a dog bed in the room and wooden floors, which is a good way to be pet friendly. Restaurant was yummy and the availability of laundry services was much appreciated.

This property was clean and had good sized rooms. The decor is showing its age with quite a few cosmetic repairs needed. We expected to hear noise from the airport, however there was lots of traffic noise and noise from other rooms. The staff was helpful and efficient. We appreciated the airport shuttle and its round the clock hours.

Oh boy, do I wish I’d booked at the Hyatt, or anywhere else! The rooms were dated and uncomfortable. We got into Reno airport at midnight after a long day of travel— rental car wasn’t ready until the following morning, so we didn’t have many options. The front desk person said we had the “best room in the house” (not that I literally believed him, but..), but when we walked into the room it was old, musty, and dirty. My wife hardly wanted to sit on the edge of the bed. We actually called around to several other more expensive hotels, and we were willing to forfeit our prepaid charge, but everywhere else was booked fully. Strangers in the town, with no car, we were stuck. That is the only reason we laid down and got a few fitful hours of sleep. Thankfully, we have not noticed any persistent consequences, but I do not plan to try to cut any corners financially in the future. If you are in a position where you have any leeway regarding the price of a room, it seems wise to me to think twice about staying here. The only good experience was the young man who picked us up in the shuttle at the airport. He was a delightful and polite man, and he had some cool jazz playing on the radio. We had a pleasant conversation with him. On the other hand, the fellow who drove us back to the airport in the morning drove like a maniac and had us sliding side to side on the bench seat. We won’t be staying there again.

Excellent location to airport. Walked over on a nice sidewalk. Good breakfast reasonably priced. Quiet. Facility was a little worn as far as hall and room carpets but with the amount of traffic understandable. Nice little gift shop with essential items. Bought some $2.50 candy bars and snack to take on flight since same items at airport $6 +. Several elevators throughout the building. Easy access to Interstate and main city streets. Large common area in lobby area.
