10/10 would stay here again. Literally the only complaint I have is that bacon at breakfast would have been amazing, they did have plenty of other options though (just not bacon 😩). Check in was smooth, the room was BIG and CLEAN! Lots of amenities, including a coin op laundry room which was fabulous! We stayed all week and it was nice to be able to wash clothes before the trip home! Parking was very convenient and the area was extremely safe.

We selected this property for the hot breakfast. We had an extended stay of 10 days. For some reason, hotel decided to add meat to its eggs menu almost everyday. Scrambled eggs had meat in it and it wasn’t even labeled. We spoke to the food staff and even emailed the property manager, but did not even get a response. I have not seen such level of indifference towards guests at a Hilton property. Perhaps this will make us consider twice before selecting Hilton in the future.

Not like any Hampton I’ve ever stayed in

This hotel is exceptionally clean. It’s very nicely decorated and super comfortable. I couldn’t believe it was a Hampton Inn that I was staying in. Audrey, the front desk clerk, was really sweet and kind. She was helpful in changing our group’s rooms in order to have adjoining rooms. Everything smelled nice. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel had a large room for my family and I. It was clean and I like that it had a microwave and mini fridge as well. The kids enjoyed the pool.

This was a great hotel. There was tasty food within a 10 minute drive (one restaurant next door that was wonderful). It was clean. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

They charge for service animals

They charged me for my service animal (dog). The person checking us in said that it didn't comply with their policy. When I challenged them on it (even proving proof that it did on the actual ADA website), they became extremely rude, condescending, and argumentative. I was instructed to escalate to the manager (which I have) but still no word from the manager several weeks later. $125 charge later and they are ignoring me. I stay at this hotel frequently and have never been questioned or charged for my service dog or been treated this horribly. Thankfully there are other hotels to choose from in the area.
