Nice stay

Rooms could use a little updating but the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. A/C worked great. Pool looked nice. Staff was very friendly.

Excellence at its finest

A hotel is ( what it is ) most are clean, and have what u need . What makes a stay at a hotel are the staff ! The staff at quality inn west on tn 68 in sweetwater are EXCELLENT!!! Aside from coming in the bathroom to wipe me, this was the best stay at a hotel I’ve ever had !!!

The staff are very nice! Room was clean! The 1 negative in the room was the light at night that comes in the front window was bright! The curtain did not cover all of it! The pool area was nice. The only thing was the chlorine in the room was so strong it was burning your eyes. The breakfast was good!

The bathroom door doesnt look like it was ever cleaned. The air conditioner worked good but looked broke. Stayed for 6 days never offered room service. They serve the same breakfast every morning.

Wonderful except one issue

Everything about my stay was beautiful. It was a wonderful property. I loved the back. I wish I could’ve had a balcony, but that’s OK. It was all worth it except for checking in the woman at the front desk was very beautiful, but she was not friendly in anyway, and she treated me as if I was not welcome. I didn’t understand this. I was a last-minute Check in because we canceled from another area of the state and decided to travel over but this was the only part about our stay there that was not comfortable was the way I was treated upon check-in. Everything else was gorgeous thank you!

The room was clean, and personnel were friendly. Indoor pool and spa was nice. Looks as though property was recently painted and remodeled. The issue was the housekeeping, they still have the “Covid policy “, they only tend to your room every 3 days. We stayed 5 nights and never received housekeeping. Wound up emptying out own trash, down to front desk on several occasions for room supplies.Breakfast was okay, but get there early, seems the last hour is not tended to well. 2 occasions, no coffee, waffle batter, juice, plastic wear.
