Convenient for baseball but lacking

Room had boogers and blood and writing on the wall. Pool towels never restocked. Breakfast doesn’t start u til 7 which is inconvenient when you’re located right next to a baseball field that holds tournaments all spring and summer and the kids have to be there at 7.

The room was a good size and clean, but the bathroom had a strong mildew smell. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallways through the night and the refrigerator in the room made a loud sound intermittently through the night as well.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and public areas were very clean and smelled clean. The sound-proofing between rooms was great. The room, carpet, bathtub, and furniture were clean, but a bit tired.

Good stopping point for families

The people here are friendly and helpful. Beds are ok but pillows were super uncomfortable. While the room was clean we did have a lot of kick boards around the room coming away from the wall.

Easy check in and text features

Decent breakfast. Checkin was quick and I like the text feature if you have a question or need something. The beds are small even though they say queen it’s more like a full. The bathroom had some water damage. Pool towels needed restocking a few times but staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating with needing extra items for the room. Breakfast bar was good as well. My only complaint is that we would not use the couch due to sexual fluid stains from previous guests being on the couch across the bed.

The door handle in the bathroom in the pool area was broken. So if you went in and shut the door you could not get out without the assistance of someone on the outside of the bathroom. Huge safety concern had my sister been there with just her daughter who has Down Syndrome - who was in the pool when my sister went to quickly use the restroom. Luckily I was there, as well as my nephew, to help get her out.
