Disappointed

Cons: Very disappointing to fine bowls & utensils dirty. Dried up food inside bowl & on knife in drawer. Rim of ceramic coffee cup in cabinet , stuck to cabinet shelf. Disposable coffee cups were dirty , lids as well with coffee stains. Chairs at table severely stained. Tub was not completely clean with dirt particles when attempted to run bath water. Had to clean tub first. Toilet not properly cleaned. Mold under toilet rim inside toilet bowl. This is unacceptable. Proper cleaning in between guest should be a top priority and doubled checked . I expected this location to be on top on this and this was not the case. Phone in room not working, was not advised of this during check in or during time of stay, until after attempts to use phone and noticed it was not working. Had to walk to front desk for anything needed. Business center printer not working , no one seem to be concerned about resolving it. Pros: All the ladies at the front desk were very nice, thank you Nora, Nicole & Michelle for printing documents out that I needed for work. Overall , I was comfortable in my room, Hotel just need to do better with the cleaning of the room.

When it’s time to chill in the room and wind down the televisions could use a definite upgrade. There were no streaming platforms or Roku. It would also be great if they served breakfast.

The location is great for us visiting family in the area. The room is comfortable and reasonably well appointed. However, the hot water pressure is weak at best, the bed too soft for our liking and the TP seriously low quality in the bathroom.
