Dirty, and dingy. Pee stained towels, pubic hair still in the tub, bathroom floor was dirty. It was 2am we were tired and the room was already paid for. We closed our eyes prayed for the best and went to sleep. We will never stay there again

While the room on the surface (sheets, towels, surfaces) were clean, the details left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't sit on the apholstered chair because of the surface dirt. While the fridge was clean, the freezer was so dirty, I had to cover the bottom to be able to put my ice packs in it. When either my husband or I sat on the bed, the metal support made a horrible noise. Granted we did not complain for another room, but we were tired and had already moved all our travel bags into the room. Staff was good on check in and out.

I chose the hotel because it said no pets ever. When I checked in, I saw pets were allowed and couldn't be guaranteed a pet free room. I have allergies, was wheezing all night. Could have been from the state of the room, dirty, run down

Staff support was wonderful but the room was a disappointment. Phone didn’t work and TV worked but it was not up to date (showed a date of Jan 2025) so guide didn’t work, HBO wasn’t showing.

Our room was clean, but outdated. Needed upkeep! I had to jiggle the heater cord to make it work. Our room faced the interstate. Traffic was incredibly loud all night. The fake scrambled eggs were terrible. Other food was ok. I would not recommend this place

I booked this trip three weeks ago, I got an email the day before stating it was cancelled. I didn’t cancel it, so I called. The receptionist rudely told me they were overbooked and my room was cancelled, then hung up. I was unable to see my husband who’s been at boot camp for 83 days now. Heartbroken to say the least.

The key card entry to the room 108 was tempermental had to hurry quickly to pull down handle in order to open it or it wouldn't open. Room was musty smelling when I first entered it. Bedframe was squeaky so everytime I turned in bed it would squeak.

The room was dirty. The towels were stained. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and then had the knob replaced. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and rippled as if it had been in water for an extended period. The grounds while mowed were not "manicured" the picnic table in the back was warped and missing boards. There was a collapsed shed (?) next to the picnic table. All in all a pit.
