It's not at standards of other properties of Comfort Inn
Everything was really nice. The staff was very responsive. I am disturbed that telephones are in the room but are not connected, and in my case, don't even have a connection in the room at all. I enjoyed breakfast, and the lady who prepared it was really nice, but would love to have had regular eggs (not fried hard) or even hard boiled ones (I don't prefer scrambled lol).
No phone, fridge nor microwave in room. AC buttons don't work. No breakfast on Sunday. Pool closed, exercise room closed. Instead of fixing sticky hallway door, just stick a sign on it "door sticks push harder". Old washer/dryer on the parking lot with garbage in it.
Checked in at 3:30 pm. Room was stuffy but thought it would take time for air to get cranked up. We left as we had another baseball game at 6 pm. Returned from game. Room very stuffy. Air is not working properly. Contacted front desk. Spoke with Michael. Told him the air is barely working. It’s not kicking any air out. Asked to have manager contact me. It’s currently 11:38 pm. He said he was sorry and nothing he could do as he’s the only one here until 4 am. Told him expect to be comped something as this is ridiculous. Room is horribly stuffy. Didn’t offer to move us to another room.
The Cofort Inn was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful. They had a good continental breakfast. And a lot of places to eat. And free parking 🙌. I will definitely come again.
I didlike the fact that the property was dirty and had hair in the wash cloth. only one wash cloth tub was nasty and was not satisfied at all and will never stay there again. I would have been better off sleeping in my car
