The front desk had no staff when we arrived. There is no ring to notify the staff of guests arrival. We called the front desk using the phone but no one answered, of course. When the front desk staff finally arrived, she did not offer any explanation and was rude and impatient.

Tv did not want to turn on. I’m not sure if it was the batteries, but the regular controller didn’t wanna work and the fire stick would work, but I spend more time trying to get a channel on the TV because there was no instructions on anything or get it to turn on so I could watch TV at night

Trevor and the other lady were very customer service-oriented and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. However, feeling uncomfortable and icky after the front desk "gentleman" crossed the line from being a professional to absolute trash. I felt harassed. This employee must've missed the training on how to conduct business in a business manner.

Bizarre building design - the elevator and stairs were way down the hall from the entrance lobby. The separate door to this corridor was locked in the evening, so if you were on the second floor, like me, you had to schlep your stuff 3/4 of the way down the building, go up one floor, then to wherever your room was. Room/bed were comfy. Staff was friendly. In the morning i could hear a baby crying in a room across the hallway. Went down for breakfast at 8:30 - coffee was out. Too many people waiting around for who knows what, so I left.

Only getting 3 cuz of the pool girl at the front desk rude asf she's training somebody and she tells me that there is $100 deposit and I said well I don't even think I have $100 let me count it and see I counted it in front of her $100 she then proceeds to run my credit card for a deposit of $100. I said why are you running my card for $100? I told you I had the hundred dollar deposit right here in cash I counted in front of you well she still ran my credit card for hundred dollars and didn’t get her whole total amount for the room that I didn’t even stay in because the beds look like they had been slept in they did not care about the way their meds looked at all mean in the maid just made it sloppy that’s the way it looks like to me.

Great experience!

Great experience. 1 exception: TV would not respond to multiple remote controls in room 216. But that was only a minor setback in my overall hotel experience. Great place. Would stay there again.
