Will stay here again!

Staff was friendly, food was hot and very good for hotel food. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! Pool was nice and clean. Wish it was a little warmer. It was very warm in the pool area itself but the pool water was kind of cold. Hot tub was amazing!

It's clean, quiet, the staff is helpful, friendly, check in was fast. The bed is super comfy, the pool was warm, the hot tub was hot and worked great. I'd recommend this hotel!

Not a horrible experience, not great

The key cards did not work for our room two different times. The front desk emplyees were not always available or present & multiple times I waited for someone to appear. A friend staying in a different room found a lot of dark brown stains on the sheets which appeared to be residue from bed bugs. She requested a new room & that room also had stains. She requested a refund & switched hotels. The staff member was argumentative & not sure if she has received a refund or not. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the neighbor's tv & people talking

I really thought it was awesome that the hotel provides a dinner meal a couple of days out of the week, we came to Iowa from Minneapolis MN just for a short vacation and we really enjoyed the hotel

Besides the daily hot breakfast, they were hosting two weekly free dinners also… the hotel is closely located to lots of restaurant options and fast food places… not to mention the shopping mall across the street… running trails a few steps away… staff is very friendly, place is quiet and cozy, pool and spa was clean… great place to stay for a week… 😎👍
