So close to a perfect stay.

The beds seemed old and the pullout couch; while it doesn’t have to be the greatest, it was brutal. Everything else about the stay was wonderful.

This hotel contacted me prior to our arrival asking if anything else they could do to make our stay more comfortable. I responded and upon check-in, I was actually amazed that my request was taken seriously and made our stay even more memorable. The room was clean and comfortable. Awesome stay here always

Amazing stay here. It was comfortable, clean and staff was fast and amazing and the breakfast was got and good and we were all very happy. Nice pool. Sad to see the hot tub was under maintenance and being worked on but everything all around went very well.

Our initial impression was fine. They supply an evening meal a couple nights a week which smelled delicious. The pool and hot tub were fine. Breakfast- the bagels were good. The sausage were cold. The scrambled eggs were floating in liquid. The powdered mini donuts tasted like they’d been around for 18 years. The pullout couch bed had been peed on and folded back up and put away. Disgusting!!! And under the pullout hasn’t been cleaned this year. There was a mouse poop on the white comforter. They switched our room and then couldn’t figure out where we had been. And the front desk needs more staff!! Will not return.

Perfectly normal Comfort Suites. Nothing extravagant, but there was a little league tournament that was postponed due to storms and many families with kids stuck in that hotel with nothing to do except the pool for a day made the place a noisy mess. Not the hotels fault, just more chaos than a maid service & janitorial staff could handle. Would happily stay here again, and just hope there is not a circus in town.
