The room smelled awful. And one of the reasons we chose to stay there was because it had a pool, we were not told the pool was “out of order” until we arrived. Would have definitely chose elsewhere with having children.

Nice hotel. Coffee in lobby is a plus. Pool was closed and that was not mentioned when I made the reservation. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Room are poorly lit. Really need to upgrade outdoor seating, gathering places.

I was greeted by a very nice woman. The only problems was my rooms door lock was not working properly. I walked to the front desk to see if they could help me get back into the room and she said to try again and pull up and down and it should work. She said others had complained too. Also I was able to hear the people in the next room, thin walls perhaps. Room was clean. Thanks

Great place to spend the night

It was great. The room was clean and large. The ac worked perfectly, and there was a microwave in there, which I appreciated. The only downside was that for about an hour, the toilet made these loud, squeaking noises whenever it was flushed. Right when I was about to ask for a new room though, it stopped and never happened again. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to end our trip there. Omelets were perfect!

We stay several times through the year while passing headed down South. Plenty of places to shop and eat. Reasonably prices, good clean and comfortable rooms.

Nice location 1 mile from ROA airport. Very near Valley View mall and many restaurants. I paid over $200 w/taxes for a king room and it had a smell, as did the 1st floor hallway. Also, they advertised a pool online and it was out of order. Good place, but overpriced.

The pool was closed, I chose this hotel based on having a pool. Stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned room or offered new towels. The towels were very thin to have to use them for 3 nights.

They had a flood so there were plumbing issues. Our toilet broke 3 times and we were not even there for 24 hours. Half of the outlets did not work. At 3am there were people fighting in the hallway.
