Worst place to stay 😭

The customer service lady Marlow was very rude when we checked in! Our room floor were very dirty when we walked across the floor without shoes our feet got real dirty. The toilet was very loose from the floor. If you move the toilet would lean with us. The air conditioner made the most loud noise. It keep us a wake! Will NEVER stay there again! We did not stay for breakfast no telling what was in it! This is the first time we had a problem! We have used all across the USA and never had a problem!

I love Hampton Inns and have stayed in this property in the past. This time, first off, there was no toilet paper in the room, the sink in the bathroom would not drain. Then, the TV didn’t work and one of the many dogs in the property left a turd outside of the elevator door on 3rd floor. The door latch was misadjusted and was very hard to open and harder to safely latch shut. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I’m 84 years old.
