I found the La Quinta once again to be a polished and professional establishment; the bathroom upgrade was exceptional and very modern. The only disappointing things was that we didn't get to eat the complimentary breakfast as we slept in because the room and bed was so comfortable. We will be back............:)

The location was easy to find and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk was efficient and quick to respond to requests. Kylie was exceptionally outstanding. Her customer service skills are the best I have ever encountered. The breakfast could have more variety, however there are many restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay again when we are in town. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Some of the lights didn’t work in hotel room. Cigarette butts were everywhere outside. A lot of guests especially the one next to us were extremely loud all night even after contacting front desk and reporting the noise.

Front facing room with broken blind that would not close. Had to put pillows in there to keep light out for the night. Conditioner was not filled and couldn't get any which was discovered after in shower. Poor design of the set up. Even though there was still some in the bottle, the pump wouldn't get it out of bottom of bottle. Carpet in dining area dirty in areas possibly stained. There was dirt trail on floor off of the elevator on the third floor.

The hotel itself was it decent condition but whoever cleans it does a horrible job. It just felt grungy, there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floors. It just wasn’t cleaned properly. Luckily the beds were clean or we wouldn’t have stayed.
