Like it close to the beach, quietly, love to have a small kit chen but it work for me. some think i don't like both door front and back is rusty by salt, but thard to take casre of that we understand, Floor is creaking loughand evry time i walk out front room

We loved our stay here. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. The property was in a great location with beach access. Bathroom was great. Was was hot. Walk right out back door to beach. Only reason I didn't give overall excellent rating was mattress on our bed was completely worn out. Like sleeping in a hammock. But we loved it here.

Our favorite place to stay in Rockaway Beach! We got the room with the kitchen and it was great for our family of four! The kids loved the easy access to the beach! Easy process to get linens and things replenished! Staff is always friendly!

Great view. Nice beach access. Room is nice on the second floor. Wish would been on first floor .No balcony or elevator. Big window with ocean view . Great location.

Right on the Beach and close to everything. Took train along the coast and walked to get on. Only bad thing, smokers; they smoked too close to windows so couldn’t enjoy the ocean breeze and air.
