We had an amazing view from our room, and made use of the small kichenette in our room. The beach was easily accessible and we had a lot of fun finding sand dollars in the morning. All of the stores and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The food was good and the tourist shops were great. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

Older motel but great view and beahc access

The hotel shows its age, could use some real TLC. That said for the price in the area, it was clean, large simple room, and right on the beach. I would stay again for a short stay.

The bed cover and pillow case are old there is no air conditioning unit it was hot especially at night you wake up while sleeping because you are sweating we were allowed to check in early front desk staff was nice

This is an older motel but well maintained and very comfortable. We could literally step out onto the beach from our room. Walking into town for meals was a treat and less than a mile. I loved it so much I just made another reservation.

Motel stay

Overall the motel was good. We are from oklahoma and didn’t realize that they didn’t have air conditioning or fans you are to leave the windows open. The freezer in the fridge didn’t work. Mold was growing in the shower.

Needs new carpet

Little attention to detail and old amenities - the carpet and pad felt ancient and sticky. The photos above the beds weren’t centered and weren’t level. Not relaxing. If you don’t look around and just listen to the waves, it’s just fine.

Good stay, good location!

The room was okay… not especially clean but good enough. We had dead flies in the window sill, the coffee packets provided were terrible, and the sheets though seemingly clean were not tucked or taught. The morning receptionist on Tuesday was rude and the dog wouldn’t quiet down. The receptionist in the afternoon on Tuesday and Wednesday was welcoming. The Thursday checkout was good and the receptionist was kind.

The location of this property is great as your back patio or window looks directly on the ocean and it is just a short walk to the ocean itself. However, the room I was in had an odor which I assume has to do with the carpet. More hotel should not have carpet in the rooms.

I like to stay here but it’s needing an update really bad room 111 stained couch stained sheets in second bedroom and the doors are filthy and outdated. Some outlets not working - Now for nice stuff - staff is very very nice and property outside clean and very welcoming and accessibility is tops to everything - beach #1 and shops train and great eating places .
