This is a roach motel. Bathroom was filthy, hair all over, did I say it was filthy. Furniture was stained, ceiling caved in. Only thing that could save this place is a complete demolition.

While the staff was nice the property /rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul. Very aged. Major Paint peeling in bathroom, cleanliness questionable (bathroom and bedding). Kitchenette area was clean/updated. Hallways / elevators had not been vacuumed. Everything looked dingy and dark beyond the check in area. It was a last minute reservation therefore too late to change.

Terrible stay at the one bedroom suite (3rd floor). No hot water (luke warm at best) and fire alarm turned on at 7:30 at the entire floor. Front des and maintenance denied it ever happened hoping to gaslight us. Truly a bizarre experience.

The room was spacious. When we got into the room, the fire detector was beeping. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone wasn't working. My husband was able to get it to stop beeping. The shower's curtain rod was half coming out of the wall. I was worried it would fall down if i touched it.

Staff were very pleasant. The floor in our room was very dirty. Going bear foot for the evening made our feet black. Needs a good moping. Elevator floor and hallway was unswept as well. Thanks
