The rooms were relatively clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was peeling paint and the vanity looked like the legs were about to collapse on the floor, and the water pressure was terrible. The staff was very kind and friendly and the lobby was clean and welcoming. My major issue was the construction. There was no notice prior that there was going to be an intense amount of construction on the building. We were out on the 4th floor, and they were doing construction ON THE ROOF AT 8AM. I have been traveling a very long distance with my family which included small children and with no warning that we'd be woken up extremely early by the sounds of intense banging and power tools directly above our heads. It was a terrible experience that I hope none else has to deal with. The elevators are also in poor condition and had a terrible odor.

The staff were great. Super friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was old and the pillows were too small. The walls were thin and we could easily hear people near by. It was convenient for travel, and close to the highway.

Likes: Breakfast options were excellent. Entire facilty was very clean. Liked easily accessible parking. Very convenient to I95 and affordably priced. Dislikes: Shower took a long time for hot water to be available and even then it wasn't as hot as we'd like. Pillows were too fat for comfort under head. First room given to us was very cold and the heater did not work in the room. We were moved quickly, though, to a room with a comfortable temperature. Front staff was not very friendly on arrival but she did accommodate us to another room efficiently.

ROACH FECES

Our stay was absolutely disgusting. We stayed one night for a baseball tournament. If it wasn't for my babies sleeping we would of left. Roach FECES in bathroom by sink on ledge with roach legs and body parts. Our babies were asleep when we got there and the room appeared clean. We put them to bed. I went to set up my son's sleeper sofa area and when we pulled the bed out - it was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs, large spot of something spilt that was brown, dirt. The housekeepers deff only clean from what you can see. If that. Once he was asleep I went to get ready for bed in the bathroom when i noticed the roach droppings. I have proof with pictures but it wont let me upload since it isnt "family friendly". The next day i went to ask for a refund and they wouldnt give me a dime. Pay extra and stay somewhere sanitary. DISGUSTING

Convenient to highway & restaurants

The hotel was being remodeled….. mostly outside at the time. It was booked totally so we ended up with a handicapped room. It was okay. It would have been better with larger counter in bathroom. We were by elevator too & there were lots of noisy people slamming doors for about an hour. You can hear highway traffic also

When we arrived the person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly however, the person at the front desk when we left was not. We left 1 hour before breakfast started and i asked for orange juice and she said no and that was it. Noisy as well because of the parking lot.

Could be improved, IMO. Reserved 2 rooms for 3 people. Stink bugs on ceilings of both rooms. Had to stand on stool and hit bugs with hanger. One telephone not working. One TV not working (wrong remote). Maintenance not readily available to correct. Slippery showers -- need non-slip mat or better placed grab bar. One window covered by slime from external work. Chips of old paint lodged in AC grate from internal work. No printed channel guides.

Shower was broken (no running water) but we didn’t notice until the morning. Had to switch rooms. Our second room was much smaller and not as nice (but we needed running water so had to take the move). Breakfast wasn’t too good. Not many options and the eggs were not good. Not even any fruit available other than a few apples. But the sheets were nice and appeared clean. Construction was going on so we here the bagging outside a lot. But great location and convenient.
