I feel violated by the men at front desk they all keep trying to get me to go out with them, the one guy got my number out of the compurter and wont stop texting me and send me very inappropriate videos, making me so uncomfortable. The key to the room never works i have had to get 2 keys a days everyday i have stayed here, which is completly wrong even when i mention it they want to act like its my fault they dont work. The ants in the room no one will do anything about them. The person over housekeeping has a horrible attitude and tried to fight me over dirty linen she yomd me to put outside, demands to get in my room when there is a DND sign on the door and continues to knck on my door refardless of the DND sign. Every morning around 830 housekkeping knocks at my door for no reason its completly disrespectiful!! Head of housekeeping has yellled at me and other guest screams at her employees and is such a horrible person and the ownerr of this hotel doesnt csre how she treats people, and when i show him what there policy says he always has an ansser but never fixes any of the issues

Don't make our mistake. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. We walked down a cigarette smoke filled hallway to our non-smoking room and slept in a room that smelled like weed. People were banging on doors in the middle of the night, lots of alarms going off. When we handed in our keys they didn't even ask about our stay. No elevator in this hotel. I will never stay at Microtel again.

The stay was great. The problem was the double charges that appeared on our and our daughters credit card. We paid advanced in full on May 9th. Our stay was May 16-17. We had 2 rooms and we had to add our card for incidentals, our daughter added her card for her room. A week later we checked our credit card and we were charged in full for our room. We called the hotel and Michael said that "expedia's credit card was declined and so we were charged". We were told to take it up with Hotels.com as it was not their problem. We asked about the other room and were told that the room went through fine, nothing declined. We then called our daughter and found out that was not true and her card was charged in full as well. Right as we were looking to contact Hotels.com, Microtel called us and said there was a mistake and they would take care of it. We then mentioned our daughters card was wrongly charged and he said he would take care of that as well. This is unacceptable and thank goodness we check our purchases. How many times has this happened to others. I will think twice before booking with Hotels.com again. I don't know how the process works between Hotels.com and the hotels, but this does not sound like it was Hotels.com fault. However, if this is acceptable behavior by its hotels then that is a problem and will affect our future usage of Hotels.com. (and our daughters, and family, and friends). Our charges have yet to be reversed. I will file dispute with CC soon

Quick pit stop

A quick stop on our way to FL. The person who attended us gave us a room far away from an inconsiderate customer who was smoking marijuana. We really appreciated that. The room was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

You get what you pay for!

Pros: The best thing was the housekeeping. They made a shabby and dirty room presentable and clean, kudos to them. Please tip them if you stay. Cons: The carpet was the filthiest I have ever seen in my life. I felt like walking barefoot on it would make my feet dirty. The free breakfast was decent. Overall, it's okay if you just need a cheap room for the night. If you care about cleanliness, pay a little more elsewhere (this complex has several hotels).

I have to say everything has been really nice as far as the property. However, one employee was always unpleasant, bad mood in each conversation I had. Especially the last two times. If you look back at my history of stays. I did finally get his name this time. However I don’t want to be retaliated against for future stays. Also one young lady was helpful as she should be, she tried figuring the new computer system out , she stated she had not been trained and apologized over and over.

Hotel very private, safe, clean, great service.

Very clean. We were given choice of a downstairs room, yet to go through complete renovation. Other floor which was renovated was offered, but I did say the first floor would be fine. Place was very quiet & clean.
