We were staying here on our way from Hilton head to New England. The room was clean but had a strong air freshener (or something!) odor. The carpet felt damp on our feet. The bed was comfortable. I’d probably pay just a little more and stay at a different hotel next time.

Overall, a good value

Overall, a comfy stay. Bed and Bathroom were clean. Continental breakfast. This time, the room we stayed in there was a musty/pet odor that was coming from the rug. Professional and friendly staff.

Right off the bat it says that it’s a non-smoking property, but there was a man standing outside the front door smoking a cigarette made the whole place stink cause they had the windows open. We walked into a room. There’s an air freshener smell. That is so strong it automatically makes me nauseous. There’s no trim molding. There were pieces of the desk molding missing the drawers did not open properly. there was dog teeth marks on everything. The carpet was so dirty that I refuse to take off my socks and made the bottom of my socks brown and you could tell the carpet had not been vacuumed. For us to air out the room. We had to take the entire window off in order to open it. The bed was comfortable, but one side was all sunken in so you felt like you were gonna fall out all night what they called the closet was a joke the toilet in the bathroom rocked to the point where you felt like you were going to get seasick just sitting on it. The showerhead dripped constantly. The shower surround, had cracks and holes in it the gentleman when we got there at the front desk was very nice. He was the only good part about the hotel in the morning when I checked out I told the other gentleman at the desk all of my complaints And he said well we’re working on remodeling the hotel. I saw several people walking around smoking cigarettes, it truly was just very disgusting. We will never be staying there again. I wish I could upload pictures.

The front desk staff was very unwelcoming. After a long drive and arriving late, we asked if one of the rooms could be changed to double beds, and was told "you did not go through us, so there is nothing I can do", without even checking to see if a double room was available. The next morning it was supposed to be free breakfast for guests, and there was nothing there to eat but bananas. We were going to a funeral that day, so we decided to run over to Cracker Barrel to get breakfast before the funeral. We ask the front desk if we could get a 30 minute later check out time at 11:30am. We had two rooms; he told me he could only do one room for a later check out. The front desk staff was NOT very accommodating or pleasant for that matter. I will not recommend, nor will I stay at this location or brand hotel again.

The room smelled like wet dog. I know they allow dogs but we didn’t bring one and we did not appreciate the smell. The breakfast was just ok.

we found a roach attached to the door, no fan working in washroom, no elevator to move luggage upstairs, lights across top of beds only one side worked, converter for tv didnt work. So not much to say anything good about.

The room in the hotel had no switch in the shower, now way to switch the flow from the tap to the shower head. The only way to take a shower is to pour water into your palms and then splash it into yourself.

We were given first floor room and we changed to second. No elevator. Carpet was ripped and snagged on first floor. Carpet stairs in poor shape. Some new construction done well bathroom floor was new but poorly done . Shower rod almost out of brackets. No coffee pot in room . poor excuse by anything done by Wyndham Some microtels are good but not in Wilson NC

There is no BAR! Bring your slippers. The carpet is too disgusting to touch. Bed was comfortable and Wayne at the desk was nice. Next time I will pay a little more for something better.

I like the property except that I had ants by the heater other then that it was great the staff that sign us in older lady and men they was great but the man that sign us out could of been a little more friendly I would come back
